[Shop-talk] CFC Bulb Failure

The wife tried to turn on a light in the living room and found this. When
she tried it, it wouldn't turn on, no flash, spark, odor or anything. Dark
scorch marks and the bottom part looked like it had overheated and melted
and the glass assembly was tilted to the side. Anyone ever seen something
like this? Kinda scary!
