Hi Scott,

Thanks for the advice. I had good compression on all cylinders, although a
little on the low side (120,122,121,122). I have the Weber DGV on the carB 
John Kenner hasB a rebuiltB 4.11:1 dif that I'm going to buy. I have the shift
lever with the switch as well. The drive shaft is being cut and balanced by
the machine shop that I have the engine at. I'll have toB get a new speedo
cable. I won't be able to attend the ride tomorrow, other plans. I'd like to
meet you and talk spitfires sometime.
