[Nobbc] Ride reminder

Very sorry to be missing this ride Ron. I really wanted to participate
in the send off of Steve's cigarette pack of ashes at Fisk Mill. I agree
the container is ironic as he likely kicked off early due to a lifetime
of heavy smoking. And you are correct if not for Steve's strident
pushing of the NOBBC he envisioned we might well not be the diverse
group we have become.

Steve was certainly a unique individual to put it mildly. Love him or
hate him or something in between he was instrumental in our Brit Car
lives. I will not forget him. Adios mi amigo Steve. Vaya con Dios. And
to paraphrase Douglas Adams " So Long and Thanks for all the LBCs."

Stop on the way home and raise a glass to our friend for me.

Deano

This coming Saturday starting at 10AM in the commuter lot just west of
101 on River Rd. (PG&E substation parking lot). Bring food and gas. My
car is running on three cylinders so I'll try to get my spare cylinder
head installed by then. If not I'll be riding in style in Tom's new
Mini!
