I did this on my 66. You also need to replace the flasher unit with an electronic one (available from Moss) so that the turn signal indicators work.

I got my LEDs from LEDlight.com <http://ledlight.com/>.

Note that there are a LOT of different types available. I chose Warm White (to resemble the original illumination) after testing bright white and finding it was too bluish. The length of the bulb varies depending on the number of LEDs it carries (you can see in the photos how they are made up of “stacks” of little square LED units) — some instruments have enough depth for the longer (brighter) ones, but others do not.

Sorry, I would post the specs if they were readily available, but my receipts are “unsorted” and I bought these almost 2 years ago.
