[Mgs] Bulbs

I have a 1967 MGB, negative ground. I want to replace all my instrument bulbs (Speedo, Tach, Fuel, Oil Press/ Temp, and the 2 directional signal lights)
I think I want to install LEDs.
Should I? 
How many are they?
What wattage for the various sized applications (screw type, long or short)?
Where should they be sourced?
Are kits available somewhere?
