[Mgs] 1967 MGB-GT Master Cylinders

Last time I did this, I just pulled the entire master cylinder box. In
the end, I think it was the easier way to do that job. Since I love
flirting with Ship Wright's disease, I also replaced the pedal bushings
and pivot bolts.
