[Mgs] '71 MGB/GT - radio?

Late model had them in the door panels, which meant a flexible cable from 
there to the A-post.  My V8 came with them in the panels aft of the door 
openings, the roadster with them in the rear bulkhead.  Both needed some 
metal work, the roadster two large holes, now welded up.
