[Mgs] '71 MGB/GT - radio?

We've decided it's time to remedy some of the (un-)handiwork of a previous
owner of our B/GT.  It has an aftermarket radio semi-installed -- speaker just
hung on a wire hook on the passenger side of the tunnel.  I've been though all
our books/literature and can't find a photo showing where the speaker(s) in a
factory/dealer installation are located -- door panels?  Rear bulkhead?
