[Mgs] setting valves after head machining / 1500 MGA

I also mill an 18 head down 0.047" from 3.187" to 3.140" to vhange 
from 43cc to 38cc.  No problem with rocker adjustment in that 
range.  I think you would have to shave it about 0.100" before you 
run out of thread on the adjuster screws.
