[Mgs] The jerk is spamming the list

Now I'm angry. He's still spamming the list except now he's doing it in a  
Large, Bold Type! Can't this guy be cut off at the server? Please! I don't  
think he's even part of our MG family, is he? The guy is like a used car  salesman 
on steroids!
Help! Who is the list administrator now..It's no longer Rick I guess...  
could someone with some pull get rid of this
nuisance..Please!
