[Healeys] Flasher Control Relay Cover

A points file is rather coarse, finish with 400 wet&dry followed by 
flower-paper 2000+. This goes for any contact points, be it ignition, 
fuel pump, relays etc. Remove all burnt pits (black spots) . Try to 
achieve contact over the whole surface of the points by closing the 
contacts while pulling the single layer abrasive paper through the points.
