[Healeys] Fwd: fuel pump

The electronic ones I have encountered all sounded like the old points
pump, i.e. a rapid clicking when switching on the ignition that stops
after a few seconds when the float bowls are full. The same with the few
I converted to electronics as an experiment on request. There was no
difference in behaviour compared to the points pumps.
