[Healeys] BJ8 electrical problems

Resettable circuit breakers are common in marine starting systems but they
require manual resets.  The original poster seemed to have been describing
a situation where something was tripping and then automatically resetting,
akin to a light-duty thermal breaker, which I have never seen in a car.
