Is there any tutorials on the assembly of the BN1/2 windscreen.  I had all
the chrome plated parts done and have a Triplex glass windscreen (thanks
Curt A) and rubber strip for fitting the glass to the chrome channels.  Of
course I know the windshield pillars must be screwed to the two side chrome
frame channels before assembly.  That's about as far as I got.  Any help
here?

That can be a bear of a job, particularly if you have mis-matched parts.
I would recommend assembling the entire thing and trial fitting it to the
car before installing the glass.
You MUST use the correct thickness of "Everseal" or whatever brand of
seating tape you have, 2 layers + the glass thickness = the width of the
channel.
Measure and carefully mark the centers of all channels and the sides of the
glass.
Be very sure that none of the corner bracket screws are too long.
Lots of engine oil on the sealing tape to make it swell after installation.
Take your time.
