Is there any tutorials on the assembly of the BN1/2 windscreen. I had all<br>
the chrome plated parts done and have a Triplex glass windscreen (thanks<br>
Curt A) and rubber strip for fitting the glass to the chrome channels. Of<br>
course I know the windshield pillars must be screwed to the two side chrome<br>
frame channels before assembly. That's about as far as I got. Any help<br>
here?<br>

That can be a bear of a job, particularly if you have mis-matched parts.<br>
I would recommend assembling the entire thing and trial fitting it to the<br>
car before installing the glass.<br>
You MUST use the correct thickness of "Everseal" or whatever brand of<br>
seating tape you have, 2 layers + the glass thickness = the width of the<br>
channel.<br>
Measure and carefully mark the centers of all channels and the sides of the<br>
glass.<br>
Be very sure that none of the corner bracket screws are too long.<br>
Lots of engine oil on the sealing tape to make it swell after installation.<br>
Take your time.<br>
