[Healeys] Spark Plugs

The BJ8 they bought/sold on Wheeler Dealers a while back had a louvered 
bonnet. I'm intrigued, anyone know who can do this?

I gap my mostly bone stock BJ8 with Pertronix at 0.028" ... no issues.
