[Healeys] 6 cyl engine detail

Many thanks to everyone who responded to my enquiry about the 2 odd shaped
washers.
It seems most likely that the concept of "alternate supplier" is the most
likely explanation and the fact that I've encountered this on another
engine is just coincidence.
