[Healeys] Centre Change Gear Sticks

Pretty sure that the only change was the size of the ball upon which the
nylon bush rotates HOWEVER  there is a complication  ... there are nylon
bushes, from an MGB as I recall, which can be used with the lever with the
smaller ball end.
