[Healeys] Master cylinder help

I'm attempting to resurrect the original master cylinder from my 100 and
have discovered that I am missing a critical part.

Item #9 (called a Seal Washer) is what I require.
I can easily make one if I can get the dimensions. Does anyone have one
around that they could measure up for me?
