[Healeys] Throttle linkage lubrication

FWIW, 'my' locksmith Corinne recommended against graphite; she said it 
gunks-up the mechanisms. IIRC, she used a WD-40 product (but not the 
original WD-40, which I only use to displace moisture on my 
nuclear-tipped Atlas missile warheads).
