[Healeys] Throttle linkage lubrication

Well, you can have a joint with dry grit/dust or with oiled grit/dust. I
would still go for the latter. Perhaps if you use a spray like WD40 you
may rinse the joint clean and lubricate at the same time. Problem is:
WD40 lubricant does not last very long.
