[Healeys] Radiator Shovel, continued

I have what looks like the same size fan similarly mounted directly to the
front side of the cross-braces on my 100, though with screws.
It definitely works in challenging situations such as when stuck in
traffic, etc.  I chose not use a thermostatically controlled switch and
turn it on before temps start to rise in order to get a jump on things.
