[Healeys] OD Problem?

Hit the OD with a hammer once and the problem went away.
Ran up the pressure again and the problem was back. This time it took a
number of pretty good whacks to get it unstuck.
Pressurized it a third time and now it won't unstick after a lot of good
whacks. I'm reluctant to hit it any harder.
Unless there are any other ideas, I guess the damn thing comes out and
apart again.
Cheers,
Mike
