[Healeys] Reversing light wiring

Hi Tom

I'm glad you like it as it was an option on the 100s back in the 1950's. I
have an original BMC Accessories brochure dated 1954 or '55 that lists this
lamp.

A member of our club has an original on his BT7, and it's mounted by a
chromed steel bracket to the outboard side of the rear bumper. It's an "S"
shaped bracket with holes drilled on either end, and I had to take
measurements of his original, then produce a measured drawing, and then
fabricate it my self. Not too hard, but ideally you'll need a torch to
make the bends and a drill press and vice for the holes

I can send you a copy of the measured drawing. I've attached a word doc.
with photos of my friends original, and his original pull switch, plus the
pull switch for my car.

Cheers,

Curt

Curt,

That's a nice looking lamp. How did you mount it to your car? Do you
have a picture?
