[Healeys] Drum Balancing

For my BJ8, we had an 'old fart' at an engine builder's shop balance the 
drums; he welded quarter-inch iron rod lengthwise between the fins (no 
metal removed).

I don't recall if we had the BN2's drums balanced, but there is a large, 
thick rib near the outer edge that had chunks cleanly machined off; it 
appears this would have been done at the factory.
