[Healeys] LED panel lights

I put an LED in there and it seemed to work fine as well. The only
difference I noted is that a bulb increases/decreases its glow with
voltage, whereas an LED is on/off instantly.
Someone, maybe here or on the Forum, explained that the bulb glows due
to different potential on the generator and battery sides (the exact
electrical explanation escapes me). I did put the bulb back in because,
well, just because.
