[Healeys] SU fuel pump --thanks!

thanks for the good news--I only use non ethanol fuel (94 RON--available in
Canada through Chevron) and had already used the next richer needles in an
attempt to cure the problem. There was certainly an improvement with each
of the changes but not a cure. Hopefully this will fix it now!
