[Healeys] 3 point seat belts in a BN1?

I read somewhere that it is not advisable to fit a shoulder harness when 
the belt would come from below the occupant's shoulder; i.e. the belt 
needs its top mount anchored above shoulder height.  I don't remember 
the particulars, but there was a rational explanation.
