[Healeys] Ignitor VS Ignitor II

Ignitor II is superior to the Ignitor in pretty much every way; esp. the 
burnout protection.  Last I checked, though, Pertronix didn't have the 
II for Healeys, at least not for pos. gnd. like both my cars.
