[Healeys] Starting a BJ8

First make sure points/dwell angle are adjusted correctly, renew plugs,
check coil, resistor and condenser, adjust ignition timing, set valves,
adjust the carbs and floats, fill up the pods and make sure the pistons
are free to move. Check that the starter and ignition wiring is tip top,
not forgetting the earth strap.
After that just pull the choke right out and start up pushing home the
choke knob gradually as the engine warms up. Pumping does not really
help as the carbs are presumably SU.
