[Healeys] Thread size on shift knob.

Coarse threads...
Off topic, but there are some other coarse threads that I can think of...
The RH and LH threads in the door check assemblies.
The head studs into the block and other studs into cast iron components.
And oddly the generator end bracket uses a BSW thread for the tensioner
locking bolt...
All for good reasons I suppose...:-)
