[Healeys] Brake caliper rebuild

Hi Bruce,
First it is ESSENTIAL that the seal grooves in the caliper are thoroughly
clean....no rust or debris of any kind.
Next install the seals dry very carefully and ensure that they are laying
in the groove without any distortion.
Apply clean brake fluid liberally to the inside of the bore and the piston.
Then by hand pressure ONLY insert the piston, closed side first into the
bore.
Apply gentle pressure to one side then the other and the piston should edge
its way into the bore.
Be careful to avoid pressing too hard on one side or the other or the
piston will jam.
Under no circumstances force the piston in or use any type of clamp..
