[Healeys] Fuel gauge - was Thanks to the list

[Oudesluys]

Simple but clever solution to counteract the needle fluctuations caused 
by the slushing of the fuel.
It would probably be easier to solder/connect the capacitor directly 
over the gauge terminals. One would still adhere to the same diagram.
