[Healeys] 2 small holes in boot floor

On several UK build cars from the past there was a small diameter hose
running from the fuel tank vent through a hole in the boot floor.
Another possibility may be the vent of the rear axle being connected to
the boot with a small diameter hose to prevent ingress of water in the
rear axle in spite of the one way valve. Both of these you can find e.g.
in the UK spec Jensen Healey.
