[Healeys] vacuum line attachment at the 2-port head

Hello to the group -

B  B  My Longbridge project is moving along and I am
feeling more confident with my methodical work. B Hope to have the driveline
back in so I can get serious about the sillsb&

B  B  This seems like a real
dumb question, but can someone shed some light (or even better, a pic)
regarding how the hard copper vacuum line from the distributor attaches to the
head? B I have the copper line that has the threaded end that attachers to the
dizzy vacuum advance, but the other end seems to just insert into a rubber
hose connection. B The connection on the head looks to have the hose barbs,
but it is much bigger in diameter than the rubber piece that would fit over
the hard copper line. B I hope that makes senseb&

B  B  How does this work
and do I have some wrong pieces here from a PO?
