I've never been to the UK or any other place that is RHD.   However another 
British inspired driving experience is their older motorcycles.  My first was a 
47 Ariel and it had right  foot shift so that was pretty ingrained and in use up 
until the 70's   Jumping between the old and the "newer" bikes the shift and 
brake foot controls are reversed.    Sometimes causes interesting noises....   
     Or let someone try a spin on a right foot shifter that has not used that 
before.
