[Healeys] Fw: starting a car after it has sat for a long time

I will be helping a friend with a new treasure, a MGTC.  It has not run in 2-4
years.  They donbt know exactly.  I am thinking it has old gas in it which
we will drain, but what should I rinse out the tank and fuel, bowls with to
get the crud out?

Any other hints on getting it started?
