[Healeys] BJ8 door drain holes

I don't believe the doors on our BN2 have holes (working from memory so I might be wrong).

Also, noticed the BJ8 doors had a lengthwise bend in them so water flows towards the holes, but the BN2 door bottoms are 
flat (same caveat).
