[Healeys] BJ8 door drain holes

I can`t speak for BJ8 doors, but I have had Roadster doors (BN4-BT7 ) with
only one hole in the bottom and also with two holes in the front and rear.
Both ways original doors. So I wouldn`t be surprised about original doors with
no holes.
