[Healeys] pre-lube bearings b/4 startup

If I understand it right, You have an engine assembes after an overhaul,
but not started for a long time.
If the bearings were prelubed before the assembly (it is a no. 1 rule, soo
quite likely), then You only have to check if the engine is rotating free
by hand (soo no ring-bore rust). If it is free, then You dont have to do
anything, just crank it with the spark plugs out untill You get oil
pressure.
