[Healeys] fuel delivery problems

Richard,

The pump is sucking air at the suction side, between tank and pump. It could 
be a fitting between tank and pump or simply a one way valve in the pump 
either not seating due to dirt, a tear, or being installed inorrectly (not 
seated right or installed backwards).
