[Healeys] fuel delivery problems

I suspect my new SU squarebody fuel pump but am not sure.  I don't get fuel at
the carbs.  I have two in-line fuel filters - one between the tank & the pump
and one before the carbs in the flex line.  The pump "runs wild" delivering no
fuel to the fron carb.  If I block or pinch the flex fuel line pressure builds
until the pump stops.  When let go it runs wild again.  Any ideas?
