[Healeys] BN6 disc wheel to wire wheel conversion

Hi guys,

I've recently bought a BN6 fitted with original disc wheels, and was 
wondering how difficult it is to convert to wire wheels - I know I could 
fit
Minilite-style wheels as a direct replacement, but as I'm a sucker for 
punishment I'd like to get an idea of what's involved in the conversion to
knock-on wires, as I prefer the look- any help will be greatly appreciated!
