[Healeys] 100 rear springs and 100/3000 front shocks

As best I can eyeball them with a tape measure, the rear bushings in my original (BN1L-156610) rear springs are 1 7/16" OD and 1 1/16" ID, so 3/16" thick.

(Just out of back surgery, so cannot see the front bushings...would expect them to be the same)?
