[Healeys] ticking sound right rear wheel

I have a subtle ticking sound coming from the right rear wheel of my "67 BJ8. the frequency of sound increases with speed and disappears with minimal use of the brake pedal. Didn't notice anything out of the ordinary in checking out the brake drum, pads, etc
  Any ideas?
