Hi Scott, you will want 12’ for a lift. Currently part way through a build; wall height 11’ but also using scissor trusses to have a 15’ peak, more than enough for a 2 post list. I figure it’s 2 TR’s tall end to end. LOL. I think you can do 10’ if you have some scissor trusses, you will appreciate the extra height.Hope that helps!Dave G

If you were going to put up a new shop building, and wanted to have a 4-post lift (or two) for your race cars and other projects, what sort of interior height/wall height would you go for?  With our collection of Triumphs and Spec Racer Fords, I feel like I could get away with 10 feet.  Is 12 feet necessary?
