Hi Scott, you will want 12’ for a lift. Currently part way through a build; wall height 11’ but also using scissor trusses to have a 15’ peak, more than enough for a 2 post list. I figure it’s 2 TR’s tall end to end. LOL. I think you can do 10’ if you have some scissor trusses, you will appreciate the extra height.
