A number of times, the reason they sell new wire harnesses.  I actually watched my 63 TR dash go up in flames in my Dad's driveway in 1969!If one has an original harness today, beware... they get very brittle and insulation is hard and cracks exposing wire.  Never a good thing, and remember a TR3 is the worst for protection..one fuse for everything, one fuse for horns and the headlamp circuit is NOT fused!Steve YottSteve Yott
