[Fot] Fwd: Cold Fuel expansion rate

I run a construction equipment dealership here in Austin and we put in a
concrete parking lot this spring. We used to park the equipment on the dirt
and never noticed fuel "growth" issues in the past, but it sure is obvious
on concrete. We had a lot of 100 degree days this summer. We have a lot of
large tanks approaching 100 gallon and with fuel filled at 75 degrees in
the morning we had to drain off multiple gallons at 5 PM when it started
spilling out the cap vents.
