[Fot] Triumph TR pinion height

There is usually some scribe marking on the head of the pinion (in addition
to the gear set number) that I was told indicates the + or - shimming from
the "master" pinion depth. I think someone from Greasy Hands Garage might
know for sure.  I have also seen letter designations on the pinion head on
a 4:11 gear set.
